Welcome to my blog, my name is Lindsey aka modchik. A former Operations Manager with a strong desire to CREATE. In 2009 I decided my 9-5 job wasn't working for me (or my two kids). I traded my calculator for a camera and began building a blog. By the end of 2010 modchik-photography happened. I have a penchant for good recipes, strong coffee, iPhoneography, mid-century modernism, fashion trends, astrology and Pinterest. I get to talk about all of that here. Bucket List #21 | Flashmob
I haven’t posted in a couple of days and with good reason. I was all but CONSUMED with two things, getting ready for BlogHer and practicing for the ultra TOP SECRET flashmob ’OPERATION GLORY’ routine that was dropped during lunch at BlogHer. Bucket List #23 | Prince VIP
Is there such a thing as being TOO close at a concert? I guess that depends on the stage and who’s mug or in this case (tiny rear end) you are staring at. I never regretting that single ticket in row A seat 1 for Sting at the Joint in Vegas but I don’t think the money would be well spend on someone I couldn’t swoon over like Meatloaf, actually he’s not that bad looking but you get my point. … Continue reading

I am hurting today and I can’t hear a word you just said. Note to self: stash a pair of earplugs in the glove box. I could have used a pair last night, that and some Advil.
