As promised here is the recipe for Martha’s Pear Crostata from her book Martha’s Entertaining. I got to watch Martha make this first hand with Everyday Food editor Sarah Carey during her book signing/cooking demonstration last month. This is a free form tart that uses 3 simple ingredients along with Martha’s Tart Dough (recipe below). I highly recommend that you find sanding sugar, it makes all the difference in the world.

Mmmm! That looks amazing! Danica and the Everywhere team appreciate your posting about this recipe. I know that the Martha cooking demo must have been amazing, but to be able to take a recipe home and recreate it is even better! Thanks so much! You’re a rockstar- Happy New Year!
I have made it 3 times since posting, I’m getting solicitations and bribes – please bring the crostata if you come!!! LOL 😀
